可以不用精華，但不得不用防曬。
想皮膚好，就不要懶- 防曬的重要性
很多人以為，防曬只用於怕曬黑，怕有斑出的人身上; 而自己感覺不會或不怕被曬黑，所以不用塗防曬。
當然，如果你不怕黑，可以不用防曬.
但如果你連痘痘印，毛孔粗大，皺紋，肌膚老化(光老化) ，皮膚病等問題都不怕的話，你才真的不用防曬呀!
因為陽光中的紫外線還會引起皮膚內的膠原蛋白流失及彈性纖維斷裂，使皮膚失去支撐性及彈性，導致皮膚乾燥，皺紋，色素沉澱，也就是老化的開始!
我從16歲就開始每天都用防曬，直至最近，搵到一支係我用過最好用的防曬。

用防曬最怕BLOCK毛孔，也因為怕BLOCK毛孔，我一直以來都不喜歡用粉底，終於都找到一支防曬可當粉底用，
