潮聖老佛爺, 巴黎購物及退稅篇 Tax free shopping in Paris

來到巴黎當然要潮聖一下, 其實我本人真的不太好名牌的, hehe

原本打算也到香榭麗舍大道Avenue des Champs- Élysées附近走走, 但時間真的不夠, 所以建議如果只得一天時間購物的話, 就到老佛爺百貨Galeries Lafayette吧! 在這裡匯集了所有名牌和化妝品, 手錶, 鞋, 玩具等應有盡有, 還設有餐廳, 簡直就係為全天候shopping的人而備。

老佛爺百貨一共由三大建築物組成, 其中為八層的是以女裝、女性用品為重點的, 其餘兩座是男裝、家居生活用品為主, 所以男女朋友可分頭行事。

Tips: 千萬不要約好幾點在哪裡等, 因為shopping為令人發癲的事, 尤其係女仔.

The flagship store on Boulevard Haussmann is home not only to the largest fashion collections in the world for women, men and children but also to home interior design, gourmet food etc.

老佛爺還提供免費Wi-Fi, 這時就可以遙控購物.

在老佛爺裡, 很多大品牌都不止一間店舖,像 Balenciaga, Chanel , LV, Prada等都有兩間或以上的店, 所以千奇唔好係 0層時就去排隊, 去到樓上同一個品牌, 但基本上沒人排隊.

There is not only one Chanel in Galeries Lafayette, same as Balenciaga, LV, Prada, etc. therefore don’t go to the ground floor shop, and there is always the long queue.

How does the Tax Refund service work?

 

法國退稅條件：

非歐盟居民在巴黎購物後，有權享受 12% 退稅

在歐洲逗留不超過 6 個月
購買商品出境歐盟的時限：3 個月

持本人護照及購物收據

消費滿175.01€就可以享受退稅

Who can get the tax refund?

You must reside outside of the European Union and be over the age of 16

You must be staying in Europe for less than 6 months

Final date for exiting the EU is 3 months

You must present a valid passport and original till receipts

A 12% refund will be made on purchases over €175 made in the same store on the same day (this excludes customer services and Lafayette Food & Drink)

在歐洲辦退稅的公司主要是Global Blue 和Premier

The main tourism shopping tax refund companies are Global Blue and Premier.




退稅程序如下:

簡單黎講: 店內退稅手續----每張收據上的資料填上----機場退稅(海關蓋印)----現金或退到信用卡




店內退稅手續：

每次埋單時都要同售貨員提出你要辦退稅

出示你的護照

收到商店出的退稅單

購物收據副本不可用於退稅

商店會提供退稅公司的信封

在老佛爺須於購物當天攜帶購物收據和護照至老佛爺主館一樓或地下退稅辦公室(老佛爺的退稅公司為Global Blue)

When paying for your purchases ask the shop staff for a Tax Free Form

Copies of till receipts are not valid for tax refunds

Store would provide the tax refund envelope to your (There are two tax companies, Global Blue and Premier)

老佛爺百貨退稅櫃檯分別設在兩個樓層

一樓, 專設給中國遊客

地下, 外國遊客(除中國遊客)

There are two the tax refund office in Galeries Lafayette, located at the ground floor and first floor.

 

到老佛爺退稅櫃檯, 出示你的退稅單, 護照, 及選取你的退稅方式, 工作人員就會將多張收據整理好在一張退稅單上,  退稅單上有你購買的物件, 及計算好你要退稅的金額.如上圖, 之後填上其餘的個人資料.


上次去老佛爺購物大部份都是中國遊客, 經過一樓的退稅櫃檯打曬蛇餅, 起碼等半小時. 醒目的人一定要到地下, 不用五分鐘就好.

不要因為人多所以改天再來, 須於購物當天完成退稅.




但在其他地方購物, 就只得以下白色長長的收據, 然後要在有限的空間上填上個人資料.

歐盟離境退稅手續

購物當日起 3 個月內離開歐盟邊境時，退稅單須經由機場、相關火車站或陸路邊境海關蓋章後方可生效。換言之在歐洲之內購物, 無論你在米蘭或巴黎等國家購物, 都是在你最後一站將離境的歐盟地區退稅, 而退稅的百分比會根據你購買的所在地計算, 所以不怕會影響, 唯一影響退稅的百分比是選擇現金即時退稅或退到信用卡中.

How to get your tax refund on leaving the European Union

On leaving the EU your tax refund form must be validated by Customs at the airport, train station or border point within 3 months of the purchase date.
Once the refund form has been validated by Customs, if you have chosen to receive a cash refund,
please make your way to the designated desk at the airport, station or border point.

記得要辦退稅就至少預留一小時前到機場, 如果要提前2小時到機埸check in, 那麼至少就要提前3小時到機埸.

At the airport please allow enough time for the refund process before your flight departs.

Global Blue –Get your tax refund

• 把每張收據上的資料填上, 所有要退稅的物品都要hand carry, 退稅手續在check in前辦理. Make sure that your name, passport number and country of residence are properly listed on the form. Don’t pack away your purchases in your check in luggage. You may need to show receipts and purchase to the Customs Officer.

 Remember: Incomplete Tax Free Form = No refund

 

阿姆斯特丹史基浦機場Amsterdam Schiphol Airport 的退稅海關在二樓, 經地下扶手電梯上到樓上即二樓就會見到右手邊一整排的Global Blue的退稅櫃檯, 地點非常顯眼.

• 前往標示Global Blue的退稅櫃檯, 出示所有收據給海關, 這時海關人員會驗查你的物品(抽查其中幾件), 之後會在收據上蓋上印, 之後拎住已蓋好印章的收據到旁邊的櫃檯退稅, 這時是你最後決定即時退現金或退到信用卡中, 工作人員說只需3至5天就回退到信用卡. Go to a refund counter displaying the Global Blue Logo. Before you check in for your flight, go to the Customs desk and present your completed Tax Free Form, passport, receipts and purchases to get a stamp on your form. Receive your refund in cash or paid to your credit card within five days.

 Remember: No Customs Stamp = No Refund

之後印了一張小小的收據給我, 例明每張單的款項及退稅的款項, (一張總結)工作人員就叫我提供信用卡, 然後他look左一次, 我簽個名就走得, 咁快就完成了.

注意事項:

即埸退回現金, 老佛爺的退稅單如果選擇現金就退回10.7%左右.

在機埸需要另外填表, 每張收據對應一張表格, 額外收取€3.5, 本來我都打算退回現金, 因為有朋友曾經試過幾個月先退回, 有時還不了了知, 但我有成十幾張單, 要俾成幾十歐,而且當時才知道要填表,根本不夠時間check in, 所以臨時改為信用卡

Useful INFO

Refund in cash, around10.7% refund will be made. At the same time you need to fill up an extra tax from and cost 3.5€ per one receipt. It is very waste time for me, because I need to fill up more than 10 forms and pay for 35€. Finally I chose credit card.

結果我回到澳門的第五天, 稅就退到我信用卡中. 真的很有效率, 而且數目準確.

I really received the tax refund after five working days.  

Premier- Get your tax refund

Premier的退稅單就要到Travelex的櫃檯辨理, 在阿姆斯特丹史基浦機場Amsterdam Schiphol Airport的一樓(地下).

現金退稅

Premier只會退美金, 沒有歐羅, 而且我得一張單, 不想麻煩, 選擇信用卡.

Refund in cash

They refund by USD, not euro.

信用卡退稅

直接在退稅單上填上資料和信用卡號碼, 然後放入信箱.

Get the refund onto your credit card

Once your Tax Free form has been export validated, make sure the number of a valid credit card is written on it, then send the form, together with the original purchase receipts, back to Premier Tax Free (use the prepaid envelope if available).

 

三個月後, 我終於收到Premier tax company 的稅了,HAHA!


Finally, I received the tax fee from Premier tax company after three months.

 

總結來說, 在阿姆斯特丹史基浦機場Amsterdam Schiphol Airport辦退稅算是很順利, 聽聞在法國很不好辦的.
