CherryBlossoms: 國泰VS荷蘭皇家航空 Cathy Pacific VS KLM

前奏PRE-DEPARTURE

由於這次歐遊的第一站和尾站都係荷蘭, 所以行程大概如下:

This Europe trip starting point and ending point would be in Holland. Below as the draft of this 16days trip:

(25 April) Hong Kong → (25 April) Holland → (26 April-27 April) France → (28April) Holland → (29 April-3 May) Switzerland →(4 May -9 May) Holland→(10 May) Hong Kong

由於今次和家人旅遊, 所以整個行程都要以舒服和慢為主, 不要太趕。

Actually, this trip as a family trip, therefore the theme of this trip as comfort and more comfort. Haha

整個行程只有來回香港和荷蘭會坐飛機, 其他國家間的交通公具都以火車為主。

We only take two flights for this trip, round trip-Hong Kong and Amsterdam, and travel within other Europe countries by train.

直飛香港和荷蘭的航空公司只有兩間, 分別是國泰航空和荷蘭皇家航空。他們分別都有固定的時間表, 如下:

There are only two airlines provide direct flight from Hong Kong to Amsterdam, they are Cathy Pacific Airline and KLM Royal and Dutch Airline, and they have their own fix itinerary , as below:

Cathy Pacific Airline

Hong Kong to Amsterdam:

Departure: 00:15

Arrival: 06:40

Amsterdam to Hong Kong:

Departure: 13:10

Arrival: 06:20+1

KLM Royal and Dutch Airline

Hong Kong to Amsterdam:

Departure: 12:35

Arrival: 18:45

Amsterdam to Hong Kong:

Departure: 17:15

Arrival: 10:30+1

由於4月不算是旅遊旺季, 所以兩間的機票價位都算平, 大家的經濟客位都相差無幾, 大約港幣8千。所以選擇一個遷就到你行程時間的就好。(據說, KLM比較少中國遊客, 因為空姐空少都是外國人)

April is not the peak season for travel, therefore the price for these two airlines is very reasonable, and for economy class fare is around 8,000HKD for both of them. You just look for the one that can match your itinerary.

最後我們選擇了荷蘭皇家航空, 來回機票港幣7千5百都不用。

Finally we chose KLM Royal and Dutch Airline, the air ticket cost around 7500HKD per adult.

不得不讚的是荷蘭皇家航空的Facebook客戶支援-透過Facebook與荷航聯絡(24小時全年無休), 預計回應時間為一小時內。最後他們34分鐘就回應我的問題, 並且一小時內為我解決了問題! 這個服務真的非常有效率!

I like the KLM Facebook response so much. “For an answer within the hour and a solution within a day, contact us 24/7 through Facebook ” . They did a really good job and responded me after 34mintus and solved the problem within an hour.

但在回香港時, 阿姆斯特丹史基浦機場有一件事是令到我很失望的, 就是機埸竟然只有自助CHECK-IN同自助行李寄倉。當然這設計是為了提供一個更有效率的服務給客人, 但當你不是一兩個人CHINK-IN時, 你會幾頭痛LO, 我認為至少有一個服櫃台給有需要的客人, 例如年長人士, 不懂英文的人士等提供協助。

However, there is one thing made me disappointed at the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport when we return to Hong Kong. There are only self- check-in kiosk and self-service baggage drop-off point. Omg! I hate self-services! Since we are a large group of people, we need to scan every passport to print out the boarding pass…It "s a long story, I don’t want to recall again. I think there should be at least a check-in desk for some passages who need assistance.
